Dear Ron, I feel I must share how absolutely wonderful our trip to Israel was — and how strongly I feel that the major part of its success was due to you! I know I said after the long, but completely delightful, pre-planning process that, never even having met you, I loved you – and hoped I’d feel the same way after the trip was over. And I know I called as soon as I got back to say I loved you even more! And so, now, here’s why:

From your very first phone call to an unknown, unsolicited, potential traveler, you were honest and straight-up and I liked that, and connected with you, immediately. You assured me that I would have a wonderful trip-of-a-lifetime with the proverbial best guide ever- no matter what tour group I went with. And then, with no unrealistic false claims or promises, you offered flexible planning and continued flexibility throughout the trip, a guide selected to meet the specific needs of our group and constant support, both in the US and in Israel, throughout. And, simply put, you delivered it all!!

The planning stage was easy and fun. You had great suggestions and were also receptive to all of ours; and, you never seemed bothered by any of my million questions. I appreciated the honest opinions your experience dictated but also very much appreciated your willingness, even eagerness, to leave the decisions of choice to us.

And, I loved that this philosophy extended to every day of our trip as well. Part of that must be company policy – but part of that was because of our too-good-to-be-true tour guide, Maayan (and that, too, I attribute to your selection of her for us!).. Sh is bright, energetic, knowledgeable, delightful, and a perfect choice to accompany three generations of exuberant, although sometimes cranky, Americans for a jam-packed, fun-filled, week. She not only explained history, she explained current Israeli life and shared it with us too — all dynamically, pleasantly, flexibly and enthusiastically.. She read our needs and wants and responded immediately. There wasn’t a minute any of us would have changed! She must be the best of the best!!

We loved Yossi’s caring involvement and checking in with us daily. And, of course I must add, what special treasures the Yads he gave both kids in honor of their banai mitzvah have become!

In a nutshell, we learned a lot and had a fabulous time doing so. You were rightest among many rights when you said it: It was the trip of a lifetime!! Thank you, thank you again and again. Please share my words and feelings with Mayan, Yossi and everyone else who had any part in oiling the machinery of your well run organization. And certainly feel free to use us as references for anyone who’d like to speak with more-than-satisfied travelers!

The trip was tremendous!! We had a truly amazing time. Learned a lot, had fantastic experiences and adventures each day. We loved our guide – Shooki. We especially felt well looked after and safe. He has so much information to impart and a really nice manner. We also appreciated his thoughtfulness with the kids and his flexibility in terms of planning each day. And Yossi too – we really felt well taken care of. He really came through with our bags! We have already recommended B2Israel to several friends and are thinking about another trip back in the not too distant future.

We just wanted to let you know what a marvelous time we had on our recent trip to Israel. From the outset with our tour guide Michael meeting us at the airport, we felt at ease and knew we were in good hands with B2 Travel. As first time visitors to Israel, our vacation was the perfect mix of historical, spiritual and cultural aspects of all Israel has to offer. Michael’s input, knowledge and approach enhanced every aspect of our visit. Our daily itinerary was well-planned enabling us to see so much of the country during our ten day visit. At the same time we were able to make changes to allow for items of personal interest. Overall in just a short time period we had the opportunity to see, experience and feel the culture and spirit of Israel. Our various accommodations were nice and comfortable for a family of four and the staff was very helpful. Lastly, we were very appreciative of Yossi’s close and personal attention to us throughout the trip, making sure we got the most out of our vacation and itinerary. We can’t wait to go back!

To put it mildly, we LOVED our trip. No small part of the reason was the service from B2Israel. We actually miss the daily phone calls from Yossi. Shuki was a great guide and the results were that our eyes were opened about a lot of Misconceptions that we (and many others here in the states) have about the people and history of Israel. We are recommending you to several friends. I can’t imagine doing this trip without your company, the planning, service and knowledge was superb.

Hi Ron, In a word, it was AMAZING! We had a GREAT time. This will be a trip that we (as a family) will remember and talk about, for the rest of our lives. We would definitely travel like this again, and we will certainly be recommending B2 Travel Group (specifically, B2 Israel). (Name) LOVES his yad and he used it for the ceremony which made it even more special, thank you. I also can’t thank you enough for arranging such a memorable experience for all of us. The trip was really wonderful. It was a great family time. The weather was clear and warm. Our guide was outstanding, he was patient and accommodating to our young family’s needs. The hotels and the kibbutz were beautiful and comfortable. The hotel location in Jerusalem was perfect, we loved walking to and around the old city daily. The food was also great. Yossi was so helpful every step of the way. Thank you and Yossi. We will call you when we return to Israel and will most highly recommend you to anyone we know traveling there. We have been to Israel many times, but the trip you planned to celebrate our grandson’s Bar Mitzvah was extraordinary! It was both kid friendly and exciting for the adults as well! Rafting on the Jordan; climbing Masada, swimming in the Octagon Pool were just some of the highlights as well as the touring with an exceptional guide. The hotels you selected were well situated and, of course, the Israeli breakfasts were superb! The crowing memory, of course, was the Bar Mitzvah in the ancient synagogue at Ein Gedi with all 22 of us participating. Thank you for this memorable trip. Hi Ron, I wish to take a moment to thank you for a wonderful trip to Israel. We knew in our hearts that it was going to be fabulous experience. Seeing it through my children eyes made it very special. The schedule and the itinerary was perfect for all involved. Hi Ron – I’ve been meaning to write this email since we got back last week and I’m finally getting to it! We had the most amazing time in Israel and didn’t want to leave. Shooki was fantastic and made it an unforgettable trip for us, and we very much appreciated the care and attention from Yossi. I just wanted to thank you for making it happen – I hope one of these days to make it to Westchester so we can meet in person. I’m attaching two pictures from our trip -so you can see for yourself how much we enjoyed it.

The trip was wonderful. The Bar Mitzvah was incredible and one of the best experiences of our lives! The day was beautiful and Masada was awe inspiring! We were moved and inspired by what the Israeli’s have done with creating a country where they weren’t wanted and turning desert into fertile land. We enjoyed every part of the experience. The boys had a wonderful time. Learned so much and really grew from the experience. I wanted to tell you how terrific Yossi was. He stayed in touch with us every step of the way and was very kind. Gaby was full of energy and information! But, most of all I wanted to thank you for setting up a wonderful trip for us!

Ron, now with more time, I just want to say that we had an amazing trip to Israel. The itinerary worked, and was at the outer edge of the “doable” which is exactly what I wanted. The value in having a single point of contact vs. booking it all ourselves was definitely there. And most of all your guide, Sela was really amazing and exactly what we wanted. He made the trip for us and helped our boys do some stuff that our youngest would probably not have done on his own. If you have anyone considering a trip I would be glad to be a reference for you.

Our tour was great. The accommodations at the Sheraton Tel Aviv, the kibbutz, and the David Citadel hotel were excellent. We were busy with seeing different parts of Israel everyday. Dan Cohen ,our guide, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, accessible,and courteous. He always made sure our needs were met whether it was food, dressing for the appropriate climate or bathroom accessibility. As for the service, Yossi was always getting in touch by phone with the cabbies or showing up at our tour meetings or dinner to handle any issues. I think we were spoiled by your wonderful service.
